Lusomé Temperature Regulating Cooling Sheets, 400TC Cotton Percale

Regular priceFrom $328.00
Description

A temperature regulating sheet set in 400 thread count, 100% long staple cotton percale. The fabric feels cool on contact, then draws heat into the fibers as the body warms and releases it as you cool, so the bed stays closer to one temperature through the night.

A 2025 peer reviewed pilot study published in Frontiers in Sleep, run by investigators at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Harvard Medical School, tested these sheets with 64 adults who identify as hot sleepers. Participants slept an average of 26 minutes longer, and 69% reported better sleep quality.

The fitted sheet has 16 inch pockets, all around elastic with corner grip bands, and is labelled long and short so it goes on the right way the first time.

Queen set: flat sheet 92 x 104, fitted sheet 60 x 80 x 16, two pillowcases 20 x 31.
King set: flat sheet 110 x 106, fitted sheet 76 x 80 x 16, two pillowcases 20 x 40.
Split King set: king flat sheet 110 x 106, two twin fitted sheets 39 x 80 x 16, two king pillowcases 20 x 40.

Biobased technology, USDA BioPreferred. Machine wash and dry on a gentle, cool setting. No bleach, no fabric softener.

Why It Matters
Nights are where treatment is hardest to hide from. Hot flashes, night sweats, and sleep that will not hold arrive together, and stripping a bed at 3am when you are already exhausted is its own particular misery.

Sheets are an odd thing to think of as support, but you are in them more than usual now, and they are one of the few things you can change without asking anyone.

These are 100% cotton rather than a synthetic cooling fabric, which matters if your skin has become reactive to things it used to tolerate. The fitted sheet is labelled long and short and has grip bands at the corners, which sounds trivial until making a bed is genuinely tiring.
